Here is our first family photo! Emma was born Oct. 29 at 3:22pm. 7lbs 2 oz and 20 inches long. She is adorable and we are all so very happy. I'll post details of everything tomorrow - just wanted to share the news tonight! :o) Thanks everyone for checking on us!

What a precious bundle of love for your family. I am so happy everything went so well and now you have a boy and a girl. Nicholas and Emma have such a wonderful and loving Mom and Dad. We are looking forward to seeing some more pictures.

It's funny. Emma's due date was Nov 3rd and she was born 5 days early. My Katie's due date was Nov 4th (2002) and she was born 5 days early. So she shared a birthday with your grandmother.

Congratulations to all of you - and especially to big brother Nicholas! I know you'll do a great job helping out your mom and dad with your little sister. And I'm sure you'll always be protective of her. She will be watching all you do. Always make good decisions so that you'll both grow up to be happy and productive adults.

Now your family is just perfect - you've got one of everything (Mommy, Daddy, Son and Daughter)!!! You guys all look great but I was quite disappointed to find out Nicholas did not dress this way all the time as he is looking way WAY cool! Emma is lovely and looks like she has her Mother's beautiful complexion (will have to see some more photos to see who she really favors!). Emma is very lucky to have a big brother like Nicholas! I have a big brother who is six years older than I am and while I'm not sure he always felt so lucky having me as a little sister I always knew how lucky I was to have a big brother and I'm sure Emma will feel the same way. I'm sure being a big brother is a lot of work so if Nicholas wants any pointers he can give my big brother David a call.
